Meet Our Founder

Kanesha Jones

Kanesha Jones spent more than two decades inside healthcare quality, risk, and regulated environments before founding Luminary Intel. That means the person advising your executive team understands what it means to make consequential decisions inside highly regulated, high-accountability environments—and has had to defend the decision afterward.

Her leadership spans governance roles across healthcare, education, and civic organizations, along with strategic planning leadership across state and national organizations. She has served as a healthcare quality professional, led as a board leader, and built a reputation as a public health strategist and community voice on equity, risk, and the future of community health.

An Executive Master of Public Health (EMPH) candidate at Yale University, Kanesha brings together the discipline of an operator, the foresight of a strategist, and the rigor of a scholar. That combination allows Luminary to move beyond recommendations. We understand how executive teams make decisions, how boards hold leaders accountable, and how data can either clarify or obscure what matters most.
